Great news!  Emily and I are both reunited with our phones!  We found hers in her dance make-up bag and mine was found by a good samaritan on Chena Hot Springs Road... a little beat up, but works just fine!  Yippee!! :)

Hopefully these photos will catch us up to date :)

Emily's 13th birthday party at the ice rink - again!

Dinner with her best bud, Morgan

Kara bought her cool new shoes, she has the same pair so they can be twins.

First day at the beach - it was a little icy

First float on the Chena - beautiful day. The river was super high and fast!

Our third attempt at Chena Lakes was a SUCCESS!

Emily, Samarah and Katie with their teacher Ms. Aminta.
She moved to Colorado after the show :(
Lots of tears

Our favorite two lost boys: Omar and Sarah

My students singing at the Relay For Life Luminaria Ceremony.
That was amazing :)

2nd float down the Chena.
Yes the water is very cold, but we love it :)

My view from the back of the Midnight Sun Run.
I was late, so I got this rear picture.
I've never been in the back before - kinda cool to see all those people.

Emily dancing at the outdoor show during the Solstice Festival.

Summer has been super hot so far - very unusual for us, but I am not complaining one bit!

See you all in a few days.
I can't wait for Myrtle Beach!

Dear Family,
Two days ago, whilst camping, I lost my phone :(
I had not saved any recent pictures to my computer, so they, too, are also lost :( :(
I did, however, find my old cracked iphone 3 from way back and got it to function for me :)
I am keeping my fingers crossed that the phone turns up magically somehow.
Lesson learned... Do not put your life in your phone.
Second lesson learned... Don't lose your phone!

I am SOOOOOOO excited about Myrtle Beach and can't wait to see you all!!!!!
Love, hugs and kisses,
Kristy
